Iota Angel

IOTA ANGEL was born in Athens. She studied economics with postgraduate studies in marketing, but from the early years of her career she was attracted by advertising. She worked in major advertising agencies as a copywriter and creative director.
She has created great advertising campaigns for well-known Greek and international brands, services and companies. Since 2003, she has participated in international exhibitions and television festivals, licensing and merchandising fairs, as a concept maker of educational games and TV formats and gained awards for the edutainment and family-friendly projects «Mythomachy» and «Odyssey». In 2013, she was assigned the research project of the Piraeus city history as part of a rich program of the munici- pality actions during the celebrations of Marseilles as European Capital of Culture for the year 2013. Then she decided to write her first book, «The Island Beyond the Coast», on Athens site, Piraeus, and Greek islands of the 19th century. She continues to work as a copywriter. She is married and a mother of two children.
